Local preorders are not placed through our online shop. Everything for local pickup and local delivery goes through Bakesy.
All local preorder orders require full payment at checkout. We do not accept unpaid or pay-at-pickup preorder reservations.

Our new flavor menu is revealed on the first day of every month, and those flavors remain available throughout the month. Preorders open every eligible Monday at 9:00 AM ET and close Friday at 5:00 PM ET. We prepare and bake your orders on Saturday, followed by pickup and delivery on Sunday from 12:00 PM–6:00 PM ET.
Our bakery takes a scheduled break during the third ordering cycle of each month. During that week, orders, baking, pickup, and delivery are unavailable. Please check our countdown for the next ordering window.
Common questions
On the first day of every month we reveal a brand new flavor menu. The reveal shows you what we are baking that month — it does not open checkout on its own.
Ordering opens on the first eligible Monday after the reveal at 9:00 AM ET. If the first of the month lands on a Monday, ordering opens that same morning at 9:00 AM ET.
The same flavors stay on the menu for the whole month and are available during every eligible weekly ordering window that month.
Every eligible Friday at 5:00 PM ET. After that, checkout closes automatically until the next eligible Monday.
Everything is prepared and baked fresh on Saturday, after the Friday cutoff.
Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET.
We take a scheduled break during the third ordering cycle of each month. No orders, baking, pickup or delivery happen that week — the countdown points to the next ordering window.
That item has reached zero for the current ordering window. It stays on the menu so you can see it, but it cannot be ordered until it is restocked for a later window.
All local preorder orders require full payment at the time the order is placed. No order is considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received through Bakesy.

Because every item is baked fresh to order specifically for each customer:
Orders that are not picked up or accepted during the scheduled pickup or delivery window, and for which we have not received prior communication, will be considered abandoned.
